Duggardhani, a new destination in Kashmir Valley

As these dishes can be tasted, various Dogra recipes can also be learned. About 1,500 women are busy serving Kashmiri food to tourists and teaching its recipes and earning also.

Besides the Kashmiri Khana haat, other haats have an endless collection of Kashmiri (especially Dogra) handicrafts. You will see the artists right in front of your eyes, they are sitting there doing handicraft work. You can also buy from their warehouse as you wish. A trip to Duggardhani village gives an idea about the art and culture of Kashmiris. A wonderful experience to witness.
